Teen Leadership - PA's Info
Program Aids (PA's): (must be a registered girl scout for 2024-2025)
Our PA directors are Tater Tot (Heidi Davis) and Tator Tot (Sara Allen)
If this is your first year as a PA you will need to come up with a camp name. Please think of a couple of options, if your first choice is already taken by an adult, or another PA you will need to use your 2nd choice.
NEW PAs ONLY (you only need references if you have never been a PA before) you only need to turn in 1 reference this year.
will be for these PA prep dates:

Don't forget to bring your water bottle to each meeting - masks are not required at this point in time unless you wish to.
Remember to get your PA application and PA Agreement under the forms tab.
Please complete them and either email them to [email protected], or print and bring them to us at your first meeting.

The program looks something like this.
PA 1 - 1st year PAs (any Girl Scout going into 7th-12th grade who have not been trained)
VITs (Volunteer in Training) - 5th and 6th year PAs (11th and 12th grades, unless you have never been at camp as a PA)
This is a new program that provides an opportunity for the girls who want to be more involved with the girls at camp. There is a VIT award that can be earned by taking a council training course and completing a certain number of hours working in a volunteer position. All of the specific requirements are available in the senior/ambassador hand books.
As a VIT at day camp, the girls have some options:
1. To be a unit leader or an assistant unit leader. (If you are interested in this, please let me know what age group you are most interested in.
I need to get your information to Tigger as soon as possible, she is placing leaders in the units now.
2. Follow the same path as the Senior PAs.
